What is the shipping cost?

We are delighted to provide complimentary shipping for all orders above $75 within the United States. For orders under this amount, a nominal shipping fee of $6 applies, ensuring that your selected items arrive safely at your doorstep. For our international customers, shipping fees may differ based on the destination. Regardless of where you're located, our goal is to get your products to you quickly and efficiently!

When will I receive my products?

Once you've selected your favorite NüShroom products, our dedicated fulfillment center springs into action! We aim to have your package shipped within 1-3 business days. On average, our US customers can expect to receive their orders in 1-5 business days. If you placed an order on a Monday, we strive to have it at your door by Friday of the same week. However, please keep in mind that during peak times like holiday seasons, there may be slight delays due to higher order volumes. Rest assured, we're a small but committed team working diligently to get your orders out as swiftly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

What's your refund policy?

At NüShroom, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged, we will promptly ship a replacement or process a full refund. If you wish to cancel a non-subscription order before it has been confirmed for shipping, a full refund will be issued. How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please reach out to us before your order status is updated to 'confirmed for shipping'. Once an order has been marked as ready for shipment and you have received a tracking number via email, it can no longer be cancelled.
